Chat en vivo / Live Chat

It would be great if the live chat could manage all interactions (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website) from a single platform. In general, the same people are interacting, and they would otherwise need to open multiple live chat tools to communicate with customers.

It would be great if you could save the filter state of your Live Chat. For example, if I go to my Live Chat tab and filter per conversation open and assigned to me, next time I open Live Chat tab I would like it to show the same filters and state, but it reverts to "all conversations" with no filters.
