I would like to make a suggestion for a future update: centralizing the ChatGPT prompt so that we can train it across platforms. Right now, I have to copy paste the instructions for all the bots, and when I make a small change, I then have to make the same adjustment everywhere. It would be so great if we could edit just one instance of ChatGPT. Thank you.

The way chats could be organized by type of stages. For example: 1 New chats 2 When the customer is interested in a topic 3 When the customer is interested in paying 4 When the client already paid

As there's no way to block users, it would be great to mark conversations as spam and hide them from the Live Chat tab (on a separate box, for example: Open, Closed, Spam tab).

It would be great to have an option to import information from a PDF file or trough a website URL, as it is sometimes very tiresome to create every prompt manually by hand.

I'm looking a way for assigning live chat to respective agent meaning, agent should not be able to see all the conversations and only see the conversation that assigned to him/her

Sometimes the user sends 2-3 messages in a row, ChatGPT should identify those and reply with only one message, instead of replying to each message individually. This does not sound like a human conversation at all.

Possibility to create and send saved replies in Live Chat.
