Abdulrahim Ben Radhia thank you for the answer! You are expecting this button for Facebook bot, not WhatsApp, right?
Abdulrahim Ben Radhia
Helen Kuptsevich:
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback and suggestions regarding the right bar feature in Chatfuel:
Main Section: It would be beneficial to have a user's photo displayed with their name adjacent to it. Additionally, it would be convenient to include options such as "Visit Profile" and "Send WhatsApp Message" if we have access to the user's phone number. Clicking on the "Send WhatsApp Message" button would ideally redirect the user to the WhatsApp application or web app, with the user's phone number pre-filled.
Search Box: It would greatly improve the user experience if there was a search box integrated within the conversation, positioned above the main section. This would allow users to quickly search for specific messages or content within the conversation history.
Labels or Tags Section: One crucial feature missing in Chatfuel is the ability to sync the "Labels" of users from Facebook. Similar to Facebook's "Labels" feature, having a corresponding section in Chatfuel would be immensely helpful. This feature enables tracking and filtering of users based on different criteria. For instance, adding a label like "Paid Client" would allow easy filtering of users who fall under that category, without the need to navigate back to Facebook.
Notes Section: I previously mentioned the importance of adding a button or option in the right bar to create notes for each client. This feature would enable a summary of client conversations, making it easier to recall their needs without reviewing the entire conversation history. Granting access to other administrators to read the client summary would enhance collaboration and ensure a better understanding of client requirements.
User Status Section: This is a completely new section that I believe would greatly enhance the user interface. This section would consist of a timeline with customizable points, allowing administrators to track the progress and status of each user. For instance, points such as "Information Gathering," "Waiting for Payment," "Shipping to Client," and "Successful Purchase" could be included. The ability to customize these points would enable administrators to align them with their specific job requirements. This section would facilitate better user tracking, classification, and filtering based on their statuses.
I have attached an example photo illustrating the envisioned User Status Section for your reference.
As a user, my primary goal is to have the Chatfuel interface closely resemble the Facebook Business Chat interface. In 2019, when I initially used Chatfuel, I found it to be slightly different and lacking some features compared to Facebook. Consequently, I migrated back to using Facebook exclusively. My hope is that Chatfuel can provide an environment that closely resembles Facebook while incorporating essential features, thus enabling users to utilize Chatfuel as a standalone platform without needing to rely on both platforms simultaneously.
Thank you for your continued support in enhancing the Chatfuel experience for your users.
Best regards,
Abdulrahim Ben Radhia
