It would be great if the live chat could manage all interactions (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website) from a single platform. In general, the same people are interacting, and they would otherwise need to open multiple live chat tools to communicate with customers.

Currently, for each channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website), individual chatbots need to be created, and each has its own live chat. In my case, I have created chatbots for social media and WhatsApp, but each one has its own independent live chat. This forces my sales team to log into different live chats to respond to customers, which is not practical. It would be ideal to centralize all interactions into a single live chat, where messages from all channels can be managed without having to check each one separately.
